Some Layouts

A pan layout I did for first year animation. It was going to originally be a witch burning, but i thought to myself, it would be kinda dumb to burn someone near a tree. So i hung the witch instead. I realize it looks kinda morbid, but I would like to note that this is not representative of my mental well being.

It took me forever to figure out texture.....I still havent figured it out.

Another layout for first year, a scientist camping out in the wilderness. As you can see, I don't get grass. I should work on that.

Gesture Progress

A comparison between my gesture drawings in first semester Art Fundamentals to my second semester Animation gesture drawings. I like to compare my previous work to my current one because it reminds me where I have come from and that I don't suck as much as I think I do. I've learned a lot in the past two years, and I'm incredibly happy about that.
